"When we checked in the fire alarm was going - no fire. The TV was missing the cable/antenna. We reported that the TV didn't work; they said they would find a cable in another room but they never did, so TV viewing was not possible. The tub drained so slowly that in taking a shower we stood in about 4 inches of water. I reported all these things at checkout but the clerk made no adjustment to the room rate."
